A: There are
a few different ways you can
register for the conference:

you are a Z-Club Member or Partner,

e. Walk-in Registration: in order
to guarantee the quality of CVCF

we will control the number of attendee

a. If you would like to register
on the day of the event,

4th
b. To expedite the registration
process, please prepare your

c. As expected, it may take
more time to register on the

3. Q: What is the deadline
for registration
A: Deadline
for registration and online payment
is December 4th. If
you miss the deadline, please
call us before December
7th.
4. Q: Will I have a name
badge at the event
A: We provide
name badges for all attendees
with registration confirmed by December
4th your name and company
name will be printed according
to the information submitted.
Because the registration system
will be closed starting on December
4th, we cannot ensure
customized name badges will be
available for those who register
after that date.
5. Q: How do I know I
am confirmed for the forum
A: Please email
or fax your remittance voucher
and registration form to us after
the payment has completed successfully.
You will then receive a confirmation
letter via e-mail within three
business days. Please print the
confirmation letter and bring
it with you to the forum. This
letter will act as your entrance
ticket. If you do not receive
the confirmation e-mail after
three business days, please contact
us directly.
6. Q: What should I do
if I experience technical issues
while registering
A: First, ensure
you are accessing the registration
page in a secure network environment.
Next, refresh the registration
page. Then, login to the system
and register again. If you continue
to experience technical difficulties,
please contact us directly.
II. Payment
1. Q: What are the
different payment methods
for registration
A: We accept
the following payment types:
credit card (available before December
4th, wire transfer,
check, or cash.

2. Q: What is the discount
policy
A: Discounts
are available for early bird
registration as well as Z-Club
Members and Partners.
a. Early Bird Registration
---Those who register by November
14th will receive
a 15% discount (US$610). After
that date, the attendance fee
will be USD715.
b. Z-Club Registration ---
Z-Club International/ Associate/
Investor Members receive a
20% discount (US$575), Z-Club
Entrepreneur Members and Partners
receive a 15% discount ((US$610).
This discount is not limited
by time.
3. Q:
What should I do with the remittance
voucher
A: Please fax
or e-mail your remittance voucher
and registration form to us after
the payment. You will receive
a confirmation letter within
three business days. This confirmation
letter acts as your entrance
ticket to the forum.
4. Q: Do I receive an
invoice for registration
A: If you need the
invoice, pleasecontact Ali Liu(cvcf2008uk@zero2ipo.com.cn ,) An invoice
will be issued according to
your needs and e-mailed to
you within three business days.
5. Q: What is the cancellation
policy
A: If for some
reasons you can no longer attend
the conference, you can cancel
your registration by November
14th Cancellations are
subject to a USD50 handling fee.
There will be no refund for cancellations
made after November 14th.
If you have a substitute to attend
the forum, please send us a note
so we can update the registration
information accordingly.
Note: For those
who cannot attend the conference
because of visa issues, a full
refund will be given.
III. Benefits
1. Q: What benefits
will I have during the
forum
A: Attendees
will enjoy the following
benefits:
a. Two days conference on
December 9th-10th;
b. Lunch and Tea Break will
be provided on December 9th-10th;
c. Proceedings of the conference
and other conference materials;
d. A user ID and password
will be provided to download
conference materials and
list of attendees. (The
attendee list is generated
according to the name cards
gathered from the conference.)
2. Q: What about the accommodations
and transportation during
the forum
A: All attendees are responsible
for their own accommodation
and transportation expenses.

3. Q: Does it provide
simultaneous Interpreting
Service during the conference
A. Simultaneous
interpreting service is provided
during the conference. Any
guest needing the earphone
can rent one with your own
ID card or passport. During
the using time, any damage
or loss on equipment must
be indemnified by leasers
(RMB 1,600 for each piece
according to vendor’s regulations).
All equipments should be
returned upon the conclusion
of the conference.
4. Q:
How to attend to the dinner
on 9th and 10th
A: During
the conference, the staff
of organization will check
identify of attendees. The
invitation will be sent by
email in advance. When you
register, please show the
printed one, the organizer
will give you the official
dinner invitation on the
spot. Time and place for
lunch and dinner can be found
on the dinner ticket. The
ticket is needed to be shown
at the entrance to the dinner
room and can not be re-issued
if missing.

6. Instructions on
the conference day:
a. In the conference room,
except seats shown reserved,
all other seats can be taken
freely on the basis of first
come first serve.
b. After each session, if you
want to ask questions for the
speakers, please raise your
hand to let the working staff
handing the mike to you.
c. Please keep your mobile
phone silence during the conference.
d. Please
take care of your personal
materials especially the valuable
ones, such as laptop, mobile
phone and etc.
e. Zero2IPO exhibition stand
