		Patrick Tsang is the lead assurance and advisory partner in the Shanghai with over seventeen years of professional experience in international accounting firms. He specialises in new listings and corporate financing of PRC national companies and is also now leading our Telecommunication, Media, Technology Group in the Eastern China. Patrick is also one of our leading experts in the telecommunications, media and technology industry. He has been serving our clients out of Shanghai for over ten years. Mr. Tsang’s extensive experience includes: managing audit engagements for PRC companies who are seeking new listings in various stock markets; carrying out multinational companies’ PRC statutory audits and consolidation audits; providing mergers and acquisitions and financial due diligence advice. He also has experience in corporate governance and tax advisory services. Mr. Tsang has served many clients from a wide range of industries. Some of these include: Shanghai Automotive, Shanghai Industrial Holdings, Yanzhou Coal Mining , Sino Chem, UT Star.com and Flextronic,. Mr. Tsang graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University in Business Administration and received an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from China Europe International Business School, Shanghai. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Charted Accountants in UK, and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.
