		Mr.Tsuda is the Chief Representative Officer of JAIC International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Representative Office. He joined JAIC (Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd. http://www.jaic-vc.co.jp/eng/index.html) in 1993 and was appointed to Shanghai Representative Office in May of 2005. Prior to Shanghai Office, he spent 8years in Japan & 4 years in Taiwan as an investment manager and achieved 6 IPOs from his portfolio. JAIC is ranked one of the biggest Venture Capital firms in Japan which covers Japan, U.S.A., Greater China region, Korea and South East Asian countries. In Greater China Region, JAIC Group has made investment in around more than 70 deals and has achieved 26 IPOs from its portfolio. In April of 2006, JAIC set up a new joint venture fund focus on Chinese Internet business with Cyber Agent Inc. (http://ir.cyberagent.co.jp/ir_e/index.html). Cyber Agent Inc. is the biggest Internet advertising agent and also the third largest internet media company in Japan. This new fund already invested four Chinese internet related companies.
