Christoph Rubeli is a Partner in the markets business group with responsibility for deal and manager origination and client relationships in the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East region. In addition, he is a member of the private equity investment committee. Previously, he was head of the private equity investment management business group, where he was responsible for the firm's private equity partnership, direct and secondary investment activities, and was instrumental in building Partners Group's global private equity portfolio and industry network. Prior to joining Partners Group, Mr. Rubeli spent 11 years at UBS, ultimately as a Singapore-based manager for Southeast Asia, with responsibility for all business units in the region. Previous assignments with UBS were in Paris, London and Zurich. He holds an MBA degree from INSEAD, Paris, and a master's degree in industrial engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, Switzerland.
