Andrew L. Fine, Novel TMT Capital Partners, Partner,


		Mr. Fine has been actively involved in private equity investing for over ten years. He is a cofounder and partner at Novel TMT, the technology, media and telecom investment arm of the Hong Kong based Novel Group, a family owned investment group with diversified holdings. Novel TMT, with approximately US$70 million under management, invests, through both public and private securities (both directly and indirectly), in TMT with a specific focus on consumer technologies and the video gaming sector. Its investments are concentrated in China and the United States. Mr. Fine is also a director of Michael Kors (USA), Inc., Pepe Jeans SL, and a number of other privately held companies controlled by the Novel Group. Mr. Fine has held senior management positions in corporate development and finance at Tommy Hilfiger Corporation (NYSE: TOM) and Novel Denim Holdings (Nasdaq: NVLD), while the Novel Group was a significant shareholder. Prior to joining the Novel Group in 1997, Mr. Fine was in the Merchant Banking Group and Real Estate Investment Group of Lehman Brothers in New York. Mr. Fine attended the London School of Economics, and received a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
