Mr. Chan is the CFO of Yi-Cha-Yi-Zho at present. Prior to joining Yi-Cha-Yi-Zho, Mr. Chan was involved in the capital market activities of Shanghai Commercial Investment (Group) Company Limited during 1999 to 2002 when he was a director of the investment banking department at Grand Cathay Securities(HK) Company Limited and Barits Securities (HK) Limited. During 1996 to 1999, Mr. Chan was a CFO of the Taiwan ERA/TVBS (Group) Company Limited a company involved in media content production and distribution for the entertainment industry, responsible for its capital market operations and management of international investments. He is a graduate of National Taiwan University with a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Physics in 1989, and National Chengchi University, Taiwan with a Master¡¯s degree in Economics in 1991.
