Ruby Lu, DCM-Doll Capital Management, Partner Close Window

As a Principal, Ruby Lu brings years of international banking and consulting experience to help DCM invest in and build companies with a global vision.

Prior to joining DCM, Ruby was a Vice President in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group of Goldman Sachs. Ruby's clients included leading technology companies such as AMI Semiconductor, Brocade, Digital China, Hutchison Whampoa, Intel, LSI Logic, Legend, NTT DoCoMo, NTT, Netease, Palm and Yahoo!. Ruby advised these and other companies on numerous capital markets and strategic transactions.

Prior to moving to Silicon Valley, Ruby worked in Goldman Sachs' Capital Markets Group in New York, where she participated in many technology companies' IPOs. She also spent time in Asia with Goldman Sachs during which she worked on a wide variety of restructuring and privatization projects such as China Southern Airlines, the largest domestic airline company in China, China Mobile and PTTEP, the oil and gas industry of Thailand.

Ruby holds a BA with honors from the University of Maryland and an MA from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She was born and spent her early years in Xiamen, Fujian Province, a coastal town in Southeastern China.
