		Mr. Kiang is currently a Director at Merrill Lynch’s Corporate Principal Investments Group focused on principal investments in the Greater China region. He is responsible for Merrill’s investments in Vinda Paper where he served as a board observer, iKang-Guobin where he currently is a member of the board, China ITS where he currently serves as a board observer and ITAT. Mr Kiang was with TVG Capital Partners for close to 5 years before joining Merrill Lynch in 2006. At TVG, Mr. Kiang was responsible for TVG’s investments mainly in the Greater China region. Since the beginning of 2004, Mr. Kiang had additional responsibilities of covering fundraising and operations. Mr Kiang has been actively involved with the investments in Japan Telecom, Harbour Networks, inter-touch, SpeedCast and CNK Telecom. Prior to joining TVG, Mr. Kiang worked in Merrill Lynch’s Global Communications Group in New York and the Telecom and Media Group in Asia as an investment banker. Mr. Kiang received a Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude in Economics with a Certificate in East Asian Studies from Princeton University.
