		Mr. Yao Naxin is the CEO of Focused Photonics, Inc. –FPI, which is the supplier of worldwide analysis instruments. In the year 2002, Mr. Yao Naxin founded FPI with his copartner in USA Silicon Valley, sited its headquarters there, and set the main entity of the company in Hangzhou. Now there are more than 800 employees of the company, and it has developed as the No. one in Chinese high-tech analysis instrument industry. FPI is in the leading position around the world on semiconductor laser absorption spectrum, UV, visible Nir-infrared and so on. Its products have been widely applied to environmental monitoring, metallurgy, petrifaction, chemistry, energy resource, spaceflight industries and so on, and been exported to USA, Britain, Japan, Algeria, and other international markets. Mr. Yao Naxin is a Sloan fellow, has the master’s degree of administration in commercial college of Stanford University, master’s degree of biology engineering in University of California, Berkeley, and bachelor’s degree of biology in Beijing University. Before that, Mr. Yao Naxin helped Mayun found the Alibaba Co,Ltd in USA, totally in charge of the daily administration. And he had been the testing department manager of NASDAQ, USA.
