Yuemeng Chen, who earned BA degree from Zhejiang University and M.B.A from Fudan University, successively served as the provincial government cadre in Zhejiang Province after graduation in 1991, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ningbo Huikang Group from 1998 and Chairman of Ningbo Huikang Real Estate Development Company from 2003.
In September, 2007, Chen, as the primitive founder, set up the Zhejiang Zheshang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. with 12 well-known Zhejiang enterprises – Chuanhua Group, Xilinmen Group, Bingjiang Real Estate and Hongshiliang Group as its stockholders. He concurrently assume the Senior Partner & President of Zhejiang Zheshang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and the Chairman of Zhejiang Zheshang Investment Managements Co.,Ltd., managing the overall operations.
