Nengguang Wang, Legend Capital, Managing Director, CFO


		Mr. Wang joined Mr. Zhu in founding Legend Capital in 2001 and has served as CFO since its inception. He is responsible for fund-raising, the exit strategies of the portfolio companies and the financial management of the company. He oversees the growth capital investment activities. Mr. Wang is a member on the Investment Committee. Mr. Wang has been with Legend Group since 1992. He has over 20 years of experience in financial management and corporate finance. As the Head of the Finance Dept. of Legend Group, he was responsible for corporate finance, and internal control both for Legend Group and its affiliates. He played a very important role in the injection of Legend Beijing’s assets and business into Legend Group – the listed vehicle on HKSE in 1997 and in Digital China’s spin-off and listing endeavor in 2001. He has accumulated a wealth of experience in corporate finance and a wide network in the investment circles. Mr. Wang sits on the Boards of China Greens, Covics, iFlyTek (002230.SZ), New Sihe Wood, Power Genius (acquired by Index), Shanghai Luxin Packaging Evotech, Sinocom (0299.HK), Sunshine Paper (2002.HK) and Sures Technology. He has been deeply involved in the investment of Solarfun Power (Nasdaq: SOLF). He holds a Master's degree in Economic Management. He is a senior accountant and a CPA of China.
