		Mr. Yang worked at Merrill Lynch and Salomon Smith Barney as an investment banker from 1997 to 2000. He joined Softbank China Venture Capita working as Investment Officer and Director in 2000. He then transferred to Softbank Asia Infrastructure Fund as Director in 2001. Mr. Yang is currently a Partner at SAIF Partners focusing on growth capital investment in the Greater China Region. Mr. Yang holds a Master degree of Accounting from University of Southern California; Bachelor degree of Computer Science from Tsinghua University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Mr. Yang currently sits on the board of Mobi Antenna, Versa Tech, BlogChina, Mainone ,Sunco Realtor, 58.com, Perfect World, Taihe Music, and Baitai Media. He is also the General Manager of SAIF Tianjin Growth Fund.
