Constant Tang is a Managing Director of Latitude Capital Group and leads the Firm's M&A and private placement advisory business. Mr. Tang is responsible for deal execution as well as new business origination and is head of the Firm's Hong Kong office. He leads the Firm's Technology, Industrial and Healthcare practices and has extensive experience with cross-border M&A and private placement transactions. Previously, he was with Lehman Brothers, where he was a telecommunications equity research analyst responsible for covering mobile and fixed line companies in the region. Before Lehman Brothers, Mr. Tang was a Manager Consultant with Deloitte Consulting where he consulted for clients throughout Asia, Australia and Africa.
