Beijing Private Equity Association is non-profit social organization which was founded by professional individuals of private equity industry in China, and permitted by Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau.

Beijing Private Equity Association is guided and supported by relevant industry superintendence authority in China and in People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, our mission is to provide services to PE Funds, and PE Funds management firms, agency companies registered in Beijing; to establish supervision mechanism of industry self-discipline; to defend the legal rights for members; to promote and maintain high ethical and professional standards; to facilitate the cooperation and understanding between members and domestic and foreign private equity industry professionals and elites and to foster the development of Chinese private.
