Hong Kong Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (HKVCPEA) was established in 1987. It represents 140 corporate members involved in the venture capital / private equity industry at all levels - from seed, startup, mezzanine, buyouts and restructuring - investing in the Asia-Pacific region. Its mission is to provide a platform for the venture capital and private equity industry in Hong Kong and PRC, and to develop and stimulate the asset class in Asia.
The Association organizes an active program of luncheons talks, seminars and conferences, delegations, joint activities with the government and trade bodies, and networking with other business groups.
