4.Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be subject to a US$ 50 handling fee by June 4th, 2009. After that date, no refunds will be made. Registrations are transferable to another person at any time prior to the commencement of the program. The registrant may nominate a substitute to attend the conference on his/her behalf, provided that Zero2IPO is notified in advance. Entry to the program will be denied unless the registration fee has been paid in advance. No shows will be charged.

* For those who cannot attend the conference because of visa issues, a full refund will be given.
